Biostimulant based on microalgae and macroalgae

Developed after years of research into algal cultivation and extraction methods and thanks to the collaboration with the Department of Agriculture, Food and Environment of the University of Catania, Algaspring, a biostimulant based on algae and microalgae, was born.

Algaspring is the first vegetable protein hydrolysate obtained through a special extraction technique at low temperatures and by means of ultrasound technology. By breaking down the cell walls of algae and microalgae, it guarantees an effective, high-performance extract, free of heavy metals and chemical substances harmful to health and the environment. The function of Algaspring is to stimulate the plant's natural processes by enhancing nutrient uptake and tolerance to abiotic and oxidative stresses, guaranteeing production quality.

Algaspring is a foliar biostimulant, 100% natural with anti-stress action, extracted from the microalga Chlorella and the macroalga Ascophyllum.

Algaspring can be applied at transplanting, pre-flowering, fruit set and fruit swelling, before and after frost stress or hyperthermia.
